We operate under a belief of Founders First, Founders Always! It’s not always seen in the startup ecosystem but something that differentiates us at F60 from our competitors. This is our Founder Spotlight for the week. The winner for Episode 4 of The Founder 60 is Misha Rudominski, CEO and Founder of Himera. With wars in Gaza and in Ukraine along with domestic and international terrorism, the defense-tech sector is hot. Read on for the Himera story.

How did you find out about the F60 pitch competition?
It was a retweet of a retweet by somebody I follow. And to be honest, I have no memory of who it actually retweeted. So I decided to apply and was picked as one of the finalists for Episode 4 of the Founder 60. I was chosen the winner even with tough judging from Darren, Shinobi, VCBrags, and guest appearance from Tony Nguyen.
Tell us more about Himera.
Himera started early in the full-scale invasion by Russia into Ukraine and was 'forged in fire'. Creating, testing and updating our tech again, and again. As a result, we developed the only battlefield-ready tactical communication system that is capable of addressing the growing global demand. Our system is specifically designed to operate in a harsh electronic warfare environment by combining proprietary technology and approaches with industry-standard functionality. With more than 2,500 handsets already in use within the Ukrainian Defense Forces, we are able to iterate rapidly, ensuring relevance and reliability.
Where does Himera see itself in 3-5 years?
In 3-5 years Himera should be delivering key secure communication solutions to dozens of top global defense forces to make the World safer. For more information on Himera, please visit their website [LINK].
CONGRATULATIONS Misha and Himera as the winner of episode 4 of the F60 pitch competition.
